Our fulfilment process begins immediately after an order is received, we will try our best to resolve your query, but if the order has already been processed, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Class Cancellations

Any classes booked cannot be refunded if cancelled less than 48-hours prior to the scheduled class time. We understand that circumstances may change, and we encourage you to notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel your reservation. Your cooperation in this matter allows us to better accommodate other participants.

Online Packages

All packages purchased are non-refundable. Once a package is acquired, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our pricing structure and ensures that we can continue to offer quality services to all members.

Talent Acquisition Costs

All costs related to talent acquisition, including but not limited to photoshoots, are non-refundable. Once these services have been scheduled or completed, any associated fees will not be returned, regardless of the circumstances.
